From 8 to 9 October 2010 the “8th EIASM (European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management) Workshop on International Strategy and Cross-Cultural Management” brought together an international community of scholars working in these areas. The best contributions to this workshop have been selected for publication in the sbr special issue “International Strategy and Cross-Cultural Management”.
The aim of this special issue is twofold: 1. to bring scholars from international strategy and cross-cultural management together, encourage a fruitful dialogue and make efforts to integrate the debates of both disciplines; 2. to embed both research areas more deeply in the German academic context.
